- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
- We typically process and dispatch orders within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
- During peak periods, restocks, or large sales, processing times may take slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We use trusted couriers such as Royal Mail, Evri, and DPD for UK deliveries.
Estimated Delivery Times (UK):
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days after dispatch
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days after dispatch
International Orders (if applicable):
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the World: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs checks, or factors outside our control.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, weight, and delivery option.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

P&Fsupplies Ltd is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned due to an address error, the customer will need to cover any re-shipping costs.

We’ll review your case under our Refund & Return Policy and provide a replacement or refund if the error is on our behalf.
