1. Refunds & Returns Eligibility
We only offer refunds or returns if an error or mistake has been made on our behalf.
This includes:
- You received the wrong item, size, or colour than what you ordered.
- The item arrived damaged or faulty due to our handling before shipment.
- The item was incorrectly listed or described on our website.
If your situation matches one of the above, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear evidence (e.g., photos or videos).
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, authenticity, and resale reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Orders where the correct item was sent.
- Items showing signs of wear, use, or alteration after delivery.
- Orders placed in error by the customer (e.g., wrong size or product).

3. Process for Approved Returns
Once your return request is approved:
- We will provide a return address and instructions.
- Returned items must be sent back in original packaging, unworn and unused.
- After inspection, we’ll issue either a replacement or a full refund (including standard postage, if applicable).
